This hotel is a great value for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus, the location is convenient, just a short walk from the RER station. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast served here is of good quality, offering a satisfying start to the day.
No major issues, everything was just fine.

The room was comfortable _once_ we worked out that the bed could be converted into a sofa (very crowded in the room otherwise). Very comfortable for a sofa bed. The availability of on-site laundry facilities was very helpful.
The information was poor, verging on misleading. It wasn't clear until we arrived that this was essentially a high-grade student residence offering some short-term stays. This was a bit of a surprise on arrival, but quite pleasant once we got used to it. Given how it was advertised, we believe it was unacceptable that there was no kettle or other tea/coffee-making facilities. This is a normal provision in such places; its unavailability needs to be disclosed. The residence advertises wifi connection in every room. When we arrived, despite having booked for a couple, we found that there was only one wifi login available per room. Given that there is a high likelihood of bookings coming from business/academic couples (i.e. a dual connection being essential, as it was for us), in my view this is misleading. It's also a completely unnecessary inconvenience - if they have the internet connection, allowing multiple connections from the one room costs nothing. We were fortunate that an accommodating staff member was able to bend the rules, but it is the policy that needs fixing. Also not noted is that if you want to stay in the beautiful converted farm building shown on the website, you need to email a special request after booking (most rooms are in a comfortable modern building). Staff varied from the enthusiastically helpful to the surly unhelpful (the latter appeared to be student-workers whose studies we were interrupting). I could only recommend this location to friends with warnings (once the information is made more accurate, I would give a quite strong recommendation).

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for longer stays. The rooms have a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing guests to cook their own meals. The location, although not convenient without a car, is close to the RER station, making it accessible for those traveling by public transport. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing a pleasant experience for guests.
Ironing facilities could be improved.

Receptionist (first evening) did not speak English at all. Because of that they woke me up much earlier. The breakfast was OK (middle), but the waiter was quite lazy.

Nice cosy place, very clean comfortable room with well equipped kitchen; friendly and thoughtful personnel; next to University Paris XI, 10 minutes to Bure-sur-Yvette railway station, half an hour to Paris.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the forest. We enjoyed taking walks in the area and found it exciting to explore the outdoors. The hotel facilities were clean, and the staff was helpful during our stay. Additionally, the transportation was convenient with close proximity to the bus and train stops. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel.
Nothing it was perfect.

The rooms are clean and spacious.
It is about 15 minutes from the RER station. There are not many restaurants in Bures sur Yvette

Excellent apartment hotel with electric stove, microwave oven, refridgerator. The environment is very nice.
The hotel only clean the room and change towers/bedsheet once every week, which is not fair for people who stay in less than 4 days with higher rate.

Comfortable beds, good space, friendly staff, parking and easy access to motorways. We had a very comfortable stay at Residhome. The beds were cozy and the room had plenty of space for us. The staff was friendly and always available to help. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking facility and the easy access to the motorways. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a comfortable and quiet stay during the New Year period. Our room came with a nice little kitchenette that allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and simple dinners. the stable and fast wifi was especially appreciated. the location was convenient for us as it was within walking distance from a university campus and close to public transportation.
The neighborhood was not very lively and there was not much to do in the evenings. We also had some issues with the room, including slow and unstable wifi and noise from a leaking toilet.

Just 2kms away from Supelec university. I loved walking up hills. Facilities are very good when you want to cook for your self. Staff people are really good.
For people who don't want to walk the RER stations are at the distance of 15-20 minutes walk. Break fast is bad for the money you pay.

Not a lot but was clean . Breakfast too many people not large enough dining area . No bar . No tea and coffee facilities in room . No local shop to buy food for room . Ok for basic nights sleep.
